The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce is a body incorporated in the Chamber, which deals with matters of arbitration and dispute resolution. This applies to national and international disputes within industry, commerce, shipping, offshore/onshore activities and other fields of business activity.
Arbitrators and mediators representing the Institute are among the leading and most experienced commercial lawyers, judges
and legal academics in Norway.
The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce offers the following methods of dispute resolution:
Arbitration, fast-track arbitration, mediation and mini-trial, and any combination of these. For parties who so wish, the
Institute can act as the appointing authority and provide administrative assistance under the rules of the United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
