STEP 1: Export analysis & Market report
In order to find the most suitable business contacts in Norway some background information and analysis are required. In cooperation
with the principal the Oslo Chamber of Commerce prepares a report based on the company's organization, business idea, product
assortment, price structure, strengths and weaknesses of the business, etc. The intention is here to form a true picture of
the company's potential for success on the Norwegian market and to select the type of cooperation partner most suitable.
Based on the export analysis and the principal's further requirements the Oslo Chamber of Commerce will prepare a market report, containing information on the market conditions for the exporters' products in Norway, as regards sales channels, operators/competitors, prices etc. If required, the marked report will also include general information on doing business in Norway.
Within the frame of Step 1 is also offered a discussion of the principal's promotion material - leaflets / web presentations - for adjustment to Norwegian requirements as regards language, presentation form etc.
Based on the study of facts and conclusions in the above report and discussions, the principal will make a decision as to whether he will proceed to step 2.
Price step 1: EURO 2500.-
STEP 2: Partner search & Matchmaking
If the principal decides to go ahead with their project of finding a business partner in Norway the Oslo Chamber of Commerce
will now develop a list of 10-15 potential partners, in order to select 3-4 who they consider as the most suitable business
partners. In cooperation with the principal appointments will be made with the selected companies and contact persons.
The basic Business Link program is now completed and the principal can either continue on his own or he can, upon agreement, seek further assistance with the Oslo Chamber of Commerce.
Price step 2: EURO 2500.-
