BI Norwegian Business School is an independent, not-for-profit foundation and the main provider of research based knowledge on business and management disciplines in Norway. Since its founding in 1943, BI has focused on bridging academia with practice.
BI is the only Norwegian educational institution with triple accreditation: From EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System), from AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and from AMBA (The Association of MBA’s). These three accreditations is a proof of BI’s rigorous standards. Less than 1 % of business schools worldwide have achieved this triple accreditation, BI is therefore part of a very exclusive company.
It is important for BI to coordinate the various points of contact in the business sector in a strategic and comprehensive manner. In 2016, BI Norwegian Business School therefore established and launched a new partnership program for the private sector with the aim of creating new and sustainable business opportunities for the parties.
